Amanda and Blake

September 28, 2008

Congratulations to Amanda and Blake, who got married here tonight at Orange Tree! It was definitely a family effort putting this wedding together. I also loved Karen, Blake’s Mother, who was such a treat to work with and always kept us in the loop with the details. Their friend did the centerpieces, and Blake’s father Jeff officiated the wedding himself. This was truly a special wedding. I love all the special touches they added to make this wedding that much more unique.

One of the perks of having an in-house Pastry Chef here at Orange Tree. The amazingness of this cheesecake. Thanks Ellie!

Talk about customized. This is the cutest Save the Date I’ve seen. This couple used a picture of their Miis from their Nintendo Wii game! Found on Weddingbee.

I’m loving these apple centerpieces found in Your Wedding Day.

Viennese Sweet Table

September 15, 2008

Here are some pictures of the lovely desserts made by our Pastry Chef Ellie. They were a big hit at Daniel’s Bar Mitzvah!

Here are some pics from Daniel Pressman’s Bar Mitzvah. It is being held in the Mariposa Ballroom tonight. I love all the personal touches that were added to the event! Bobbie Burt from Chocolate Heaven did a great job with the customized chocolate place cards for the kids, as well as the chocolate centerpieces for the tables.

No, this is not a wedding but I thought it would be fun to post. Dr. Friedman’s Retirement party is being held in the Mariposa ballroom tonight, and I wanted to share the cute details of the event.

Centerpiece Ideas

These pieces will be perfect for a bride that wants a wedding inspired by nature. The tealight candle holders and wood vessel would be perfect for centerpieces.
