Cute cake

Here is a cake that Ellie made for Sandy and Mike’s wedding this past weekend. Sandy’s mom provided the adorable cake topper and flowers, and Joyce decorated the cake with the flowers. This cake is so cute!
Tricia and John
February 17, 2009
Congratulations to Tricia and John who got married here this past Sunday! Their reception was held in our Seville Ballroom. Tricia was the complete do-it-yourself bride and it is clear that she put so much time and effort into making her wedding special and unique. Below you will see all the cool details of her wedding…
Ceremony programs:
Bubbles for the guests:
Monogrammed vases and jar for the sand ceremony:
Wedding portraits of Tricia and John’s parents were set on the guest table:
Tables set outside of the Seville for cocktail hour:
Customized cocktail napkins:
The couple chose to use famous Baseball player names as their table numbers. Each sign was DOUBLE-sided! Now that is attention to detail:
The kids got to sit at the “Little Leaguers” table and each kid was given a bag of hershey’s kisses:
Their awesome place card table:
The linens and chargers were provided by Kat at Premiere Events:
Centerpieces were created by Joyce:
And last but not least, their wedding cake, made by Ellie. Florals also done by Joyce:
What a gorgeous wedding. Thank you guys, good luck on your future together as man and wife!
Stacia and Dan

Another Valentine’s Day wedding! Stacia and Dan got married at Blessed Sacrament Church today, and held their wedding reception here on our outdoor Pavilion. I’m so happy to finally have pictures of the Pavilion! Stacia created her own centerpieces. I always love a hands-on bride. Of course, what’s a Valentine’s Day wedding without a little red….
What an awesome view of the golf course…
Stacia and Dan, thank you so much for choosing Orange Tree and best wishes to you both!
Debbie and David
February 15, 2009
Congratulations to Debbie and David, who got married here on Valentine’s Day! Their wedding was a little more low key. The couple chose to have the guests stand during the ceremony, which is a bit unusual, however it was pretty cute the way everyone ended up standing so close to the altar. It created a more intimate feeling.
Their reception was held in our Foyer. I loved their tall red and gold candleholders..
Place Cards..
Punch and Coffee Station..
Wedding cake by Ellie.
It’s been fun planning the wedding with you guys. Congratulations again and best of luck to you both!

I know this is quite off subject, but this is awesome. There is now a label on these water bottles so we can put our names on it. Who thinks of this stuff?Gone are the days of asking “Is this water bottle yours or mine?” or, in my case, writing the letter “k” on the bottle cap with a permanent marker…
Maryrose and Max
February 8, 2009
Maryrose and Max got married here at Orange Tree and, despite the forecast of rain this weekend, the sky was clear and bright for their ceremony. What a great couple. Amazingly enough, I found out that Maryrose’s niece actually got married here at Orange Tree a few years back! Maryrose basically planned her entire wedding with us via email because they live in Portland. And I even got to help Joyce create the wonderful centerpieces, which was such a treat!
Custome chocolate wedding favors for the guests. I love the way they incorporated their wedding colors.
A close-up of the tall flower arrangement..
And their AWESOME CAKE! (Recognize the cake topper..?)
Mariposa Ballroom, set and ready to go.
One of the low centerpieces…
The lovely cake table.
With a guest list of 230, this wedding was quite a feat, but was so much fun to plan. It was a pleasure working with both of you, I wish you guys the best!
Too Cute.

I’m crossing my fingers for the rain to hold back this weekend, because we’ve got a fabulous wedding coming up this Saturday! Here’s a sneak peek at their cake topper….They definitely have a sense of humor!
