“David and I were super excited that Harvey, our dog, could be part of our day.  We were also very impressed with our “shadow.”  We had various guests do our photography in addition to the photographer. The best shots were by our family and friends!”

Sara and David were married here on May 18, 2008. They were a very sweet couple and Sara was such a beautiful bride.  I loved her lace wedding gown and her hair! 

Our couples are always given a “shadow” for the day. Which means they get their own personal server to grab their drinks and food so they can relax and enjoy their day. As soon as their ceremony was over, our “shadow” was right by their side with a fruit and cheese plate with drinks.

Nicole and Steven!

This wedding has been all the buzz at Orange Tree for quite some time now. Steven, the groom, just happens to be the son of Sheldon Ginsburg, Chairman and CEO of Shell Vacations. This lovely couple had a candlelight ceremony and wedding reception here this past May. The bride and groom are absolutely gorgeous and the wedding couldn’t have been more spectacular, and their families couldn’t have been more gracious and sweet.

This wedding was shot by the AMAZING Kimberly Jarman. Kim was the photographer for my sister’s wedding a few months before, so I knew Nicole’s pictures would turn out phenomenal, and sure enough they did. I cannot say enough about Kim’s work! One special touch that the couple added to their ceremony. They each took turns to give a speech to their parents, thanking them for their love and support. There was not a dry eye in the house.

Orange Tree Guest Rooms

Our couples receive one complimentary suite at Orange Tree the night of their wedding. We offer room blocks at discounted rates for their out of town guests as well. 160 spacious suites are exquisitely decorated in traditional southwestern style. Large living and sleeping areas are complemented with luxurious amenities, and each suite is beautifully accented with French doors that open onto a terrace and breathtaking views of the surrounding desert.

FAQ

If I book my event at Orange Tree, what is included?
Personal wedding coordinator services, wedding rehearsal run-through, complimentary suite for Bride and Groom, special suite rates for your guests, parquet dance floor with stage for DJ or live band, lighting and sound systems, custom linen selections, tables and chairs, votive candles and chocolate wedding mints on each dining table, custom designed buffet and cake tables, complimentary dinner for two on your first anniversary.

 

Do you have an outdoor ceremony and reception site?
Yes.

Can I just have my reception at Orange Tree?
Yes. 

Can I have just my ceremony at Orange Tree?

No.  You may choose to do ceremony plus reception or reception only.

Is outside catering allowed?
No outside food or beverages are allowed at Orange Tree. We are a full service banquet facility and provide all food and beverage.

Is Orange Tree a private club?
No, we are a public course so anyone can host their event or play golf at Orange Tree.

May I use outside vendors?
You may use any vendor: DJ, band, photographer, videographer, florist or officiant. Our wedding package provides you with a list of our preferred vendors.

Are there special hotel rates for guests?
Yes, we offer room discounts for your out of town guests. We can block up to 10 rooms without a credit card guarantee.

What is your deposit policy?
A non-refundable $2000.00 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit will be applied toward the final payment. 50% of the estimated cost is due 6 months prior to the date. The remaining balance and final guarantee is due the week of your scheduled event.

What is the Orange Tree service charge and tax?
21% service charge and 8.3% tax will be added to all food and beverage prices.

Is there a rental fee for the ballroom?
We require a food and beverage minimum to book our ballrooms.

Mariposa Ballroom (seats 250) – $12,000 minimum on Saturday evenings, $7,000 on non-Saturdays.

Seville Ballroom (seats 130) – $7,000 minimum on Saturday evenings, $5,000 on non-Saturdays.

Valencia Ballroom (seats 60) – $2,400 minimum on Saturdays, $1,200 on non-Saturdays.
